Answers to Prayer

Ian and I prayed for healing for a Beacon friend at our supper In October. He has conditions which severely impact his life. He was open for prayer and I had a strong sense of Holy Spirit. Afterwards he said the top of his head was hot. His partner was impacted by what was happening. We will be visiting him at home to continue to pray.
P S. We’ve just visited the couple we prayed with at the Beacon Meal and he told us that the night after we prayed, he slept 12 hours which is really extraordinary for him. We prayed again tonight and again he felt heat in his head, specifically in an area where he normally experiences pins and needles and numbness.

I came down with pneumonia in August and needed treatment with oxygen in hospital, but despite that, continued to worsen and ended up in the ICU. I was warned full recovery would be long and slow. Many people prayed for my recovery and I’m up and running, and back on my bike much sooner than the doctors anticipated ☺️.

I’ve struggled with insomnia all of my adult life, I just couldn’t find an off switch for my thoughts. From my first night at New Wine ‘19, things changed. God stepped in! With the exception of one night away with our Beavers, and without relying on the only routine that would give me my best chance of sleep, I’ve slept!
